Preorder Illustrated Dubliners

De Selby Press has launched their campaign to fund the first edition of Dubliners illustrated by me. If you’d like to preorder a copy, you’d be doing them a big favour to do it now to help them meet their goal! Edward Bawden

While searching the Internet for some new funny animal videos, I stumbled across these face-breakingly beautiful linocuts by Edward Bawden. Bawden was a ridiculously prolific illustrator, whose work can be found everywhere from book covers and Folio Society book illustrations to the walls of the London Underground. But I just can’t get enough of these colour prints from his London markets series. If you’ll excuse me, I have to gouge out my eyes now.
